How long does shipping take?

All shipments are placed within 3 days of your order.

All local deliveries are made within 2 days of your order.

How do I track my order?

As soon as we mail your order, you will be sent a tracking number so you can track your package.

Problems with order delivery

Problems with Order Delivery: If your package shows that it has been “delivered” but you cannot find it, please check the following before contacting Cheeky by Jessica:

  1. Carrier may have placed it in a safer location, please check mailbox, porch, garage, any area out of potential weather hazards, exterior doors and any locations where the package could be placed.
  2. Check your mailbox again as some packages come separately from your regular mail.
  3. Check with others in your house that may have accepted it.
  4. In rare cases, the package may show as 'delivered' but could take an additional 24 hours. If it has been over 24 hours from the 'delivered' status, contact your local Post Office™ facility for follow-up.  They can often check the GPS coordinates of the delivery. The package may have been accidentally delivered to a neighbor.
  5. If you suspect your package has been stolen, please report with your local Post Office before contacting Cheeky. 

What is our refund policy

We take the hygiene and safety of our customers very seriously. Due to the intimate nature of the product line Cheeky by Jessica does not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations of any bath & body orders.

We try to process all returns within 48 hours from the time the return was processed

Cheeky by Jessica will will gladlyexchangeproducts as long as they are unused, undamaged, and in their original manufactured condition.
